Ballet is one of the most complete exercises for children and adults that involves emotional, physical and psychological benefits and we seek through the teaching of the art of ballet to play a key role in the development of body language, hearing and memory of our students.
Our program specializes in teaching dance to young children and adolescents. We instill the necessary foundations for growth, discipline and self-confidence with the goal of giving our students the best possible preparation to motivate them to choose a successful career as professionals, in ballet, the arts or any other sphere of life.
With our ballet program we help children improve socialization skills by building personal confidence and therefore reducing stress levels and decreasing anxiety so that those children grow as healthy citizens and are part of a stronger and more vibrant community.
For the convenience of parents, we offer our program directly at the schools, daycare centers, and after-school programs according to each school’s class schedule.
The JM Dance Center program consists of teaching basic skills and techniques of classical ballet and dance. Encouraging discipline and structure for the students’ development.
Students in our program have two performances a year; one of the performances is held in December at the school or Daycare and is organized directly with them.
The other performance is the most important event of the year hosted by JM Dance Center where we give students the opportunity to be part of a theater show presentation with a huge production, costumes, lights, and music so that they can demonstrate to the public their skills acquired during the year.
